Regular Cleanings & Exams

Preventative dental cleanings are a cornerstone of lifetime oral health. Our hygienists will gently remove plaque and tartar buildup, take diagnostic X-rays, perform oral cancer and periodontal screenings, and review best home care practices. Routine checkups allow us to detect dental issues in their early stages when they are easier and less expensive to treat.

Dental Fillings

If you have a cavity, Dr. Patel can restore your tooth with a tooth-colored composite filling to match the natural shade of your teeth. These fillings are less invasive to tooth structure, making them a healthy option for patients of all ages.

Plan A Checkup Every Six Months

Preventative cleanings and exams are essential for maintaining great oral health and catching dental issues early before they become more complex and costly to treat.

Most patients benefit from a professional dental cleaning at least twice a year. If you have dental insurance, your plan more than likely covers a cleaning visit every six months. However, if you don’t have coverage, be sure to explore our membership plan for added savings on preventative care and other treatments.

Your cleaning will be scheduled with one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. Dr. Patel will also perform a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. If we detect any signs of decay, gum disease, oral cancer, or other dental concerns, we will discuss treatment options and develop a personalized plan to address them.
